HR & Training Assistant London W1 £20,000 - £22,000 DOE Plus Pension Scheme, 23 Days' Holiday (rising to 25 after 2 years), Life Assurance, Flexible Benefits Our client is a leading provider of property management services throughout the UK. They also operate within the retirement and general residential markets and provide services within the telecommunication and security solutions arena. An opportunity has now arisen for an HR & Training Assistant to join their team. This role would suit an experienced Administrator with excellent communication skills, looking to further develop their career in an HR and training environment. As an HR & Training Assistant you will be responsible for assisting with the provision of a professional, comprehensive and effective personnel, training and recruitment service. Your duties will include: - providing first class administrative support in the areas of personnel, training, recruitment, payroll, Health & Safety - assisting Personnel & Training Officers in the provision of advice, support and guidance in personnel practice to all employees - managing and organising the personnel administration function - maintaining personnel, recruitment and training databases - providing efficient and effective support to the payroll process - providing secretarial/admin support to Personnel Officers and Personnel Manager To be considered for this position, you must have commercial administration experience, good MS Office skills and a friendly, personable approach. You must also be educated to GCSE level (or equivalent), including English and Maths at grade C or above. Additionally, as an HR & Training Assistant you will also need to demonstrate integrity and professionalism, strong influencing and communication skills, and attention to detail. You should also be highly organised and a team player, with an interest in personnel. Whilst not essential, any of the following would be beneficial to your application: experience of working in an HR/personnel department, a track record of working in a multi-site company, and/or proficiency using HR databases.
