As a Telesales Manager you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of telesales team. This role demands an ambitious, inspirational and enthusiastic leader who's able to take control and motivate the team to maximise its potential. Your duties will include: - day to day management of a busy outbound telesales team - maintaining morale, motivation and energy, whilst providing clear, strong direction - ensuring all team members consistently achieve and exceed sales targets - promoting and encouraging good account management practices - producing weekly sales reports and KPIs To be considered for this position, you must have proven outbound telesales management experience. You will also need to demonstrate excellent leadership and people development skills coupled with strong commercial awareness. In addition to your proven track record of successfully leading a team to achieve targets, as the Telesales Manager you should also be highly organised and eager to develop your skills. Knowledge of the online marketing industry would be a distinct advantage, but is not essential as training will be provided.
