Retail Manager / Store Manager - Flooring/Carpets London W9 £22,000 - £25,000 Basic (OTE Up to £35,000 Uncapped) Plus Pension As a leading carpet and flooring specialist, our client works with a range of customers including small domestic works to large scale projects for names including Marks & Spencer's, Tesco, Ikea and the Body Shop. An opportunity has now arisen for a Retail Manager / Store Manager to join their team. This role would suit a proven retail manager who loves dealing with people, is enthusiastic and self motivated, and enjoys a challenge. As the Retail Manager / Store Manager you'll be responsible for managing two stores in London. This will involve the sales of carpets and flooring to the public; planning and estimating; managing staff and contractors, and ensuring high customer service standards are maintained. To be considered for this position, you must have proven retail management experience. You'll also need to be a team player with high standards and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. Whilst not essential, experience of working with/selling flooring and carpets would be beneficial to your application.
