With rapid and exciting expansion plans underway, they are opening many new retail stores nationwide. This has led to an opportunity for a Recruitment Manager to join their team on a contract basis. As the Recruitment Manager you will coordinate and drive the recruitment process of both store management and new store teams. You will be tasked with conducting interviews across the UK in job centres, hotels, and our client's stores. Attracting and recruiting the best calibre of people, you will deliver innovative cost effective recruitment solutions. Your duties will include: - Placing recruitment adverts in job centres - Logging and monitoring applications - Liaising with recruitment agencies when required to arrange interviews - Reducing recruitment costs wherever possible - For new stores - selecting suitable candidates and arranging and conducting interviews With the possibility of working from home, this role will require frequent nationwide travel and overnight stays when required. To be considered for the role of Recruitment Manager you will need proven recruitment experience gained within a retail environment. You must be happy to work autonomously and also have the ability to ‘think outside the box.' Although not essential, a recruitment or HR related qualification would be beneficial. This role is initially a 1 year contract, although for the right candidate, there is the possibility this will become a permanent role.
