An opportunity has now arisen for a Service Centre Manager to join their team. This key role would suit an experienced Service Centre Manager with a background within the plant hire or construction industry, looking for a rewarding and challenging position. In this senior position, you will be responsible for managing the overall operation of our client's Service Centre by leading the team, delivering operational and performance standards and achieving all relevant budgets. As the Service Centre Manager you will: - deliver excellent standards of customer service and ensure that team members do the same - develop a skilled Service Centre team and ensure targets are achieved - grow the business by identifying and securing new markets and opportunities - maximise the profitability of the Service Centre - ensure compliance with all asset and contract administration procedures To be considered for this position, you must be an experienced Service Centre Manager with significant experience in the Powered Access or Construction industry. As well as your proven experience in a customer focused environment, you should also have an understanding of sales growth and business development. Additionally, you must have proficiency using Outlook, Word, Excel and Internet Explorer and a sound knowledge of health and safety. Experience of managing a team of people would be beneficial to your application, as would an understanding of financial management and/or experience of working within a profit and loss environment.
