An opportunity has now arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join their team. This is an excellent time to join the company. In line with continued expansion, they are now looking to recruit a top performing recruitment professional to strengthen their dynamic sales division. As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process. Your role will involve canvassing new roles, building relationships with NHS Trusts and sourcing suitable locums. On the locum side, you will maintain and develop long lasting relationships, and utilise the recommendation scheme to secure new jobs and locums. Your main duties will include: - calling medical staffing, clinical directors and departmental heads to establish requirements - developing marketing campaigns to promote the company to both candidates and clients - maintaining existing and developing new relationships with key decision makers with hospitals - communicating with locums - determining availability, locations, financial expectations - negotiating an amicable rate with hospitals - once a position has finished, contacting the client and candidate to gain feedback To be considered for this position, you must have proven recruitment experience, a dynamic approach and strong communication skills. You will also need to demonstrate a willingness to develop, a can-do attitude and the ability to work in a team. Additionally, as a Recruitment Consultant you'll need to be enthusiastic, tenacious and driven, with the ability to hit and exceed your targets. It would be beneficial if you hold a qualification relating to business, management or recruitment.
