An opportunity has now arisen for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer to join their team. This is an excellent time to join the company. In line with continued expansion, they are now looking to recruit a top performing sales professional to strengthen their dynamic sales division. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer you will be responsible for identifying and contacting locum doctors not currently registered with our client in order to increase the number of available candidates for the database. You will also be involved in medical staffing canvassing and developing relationships with key client decision makers, increasing the volumes of vacancies available for candidates. For the right person, this position offers the chance to develop your recruitment knowledge with a view to internal promotion to a recruitment position. Your duties will include: - selling the benefits of our client to potential candidates - calling medical staffing, clinical directors and departmental heads to establish requirements - promoting financial incentives to encourage the obtaining and retention of vacancies To be considered for this position, you must have proven sales experience, a dynamic approach and strong communication skills. You will also need to demonstrate a willingness to develop, the ability to work in a team and proficiency using the MS Office suite. Additionally, as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer you'll need to be enthusiastic, tenacious and driven, with the ability to hit and exceed your targets. Although not essential, any recruitment industry experience would be beneficial to your application.
