An opportunity has now arisen for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with experience in the medical/healthcare recruitment sector, to join their team. This is an excellent time to join the company. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will be tasked with assuming all recruitment activities and financially growing the desk. Specifically, you will be responsible for ensuring the team's positive and vibrant atmosphere and the implementation of directives from Management. You will also be expected to generate a consistent level of new business. Your main duties will include: - calling medical staffing, clinical directors and departmental heads to establish requirements - maintaining existing and developing new relationships with key decision makers with hospitals - communicating with locums - determining availability, locations, financial expectations - negotiating an amicable rate with hospitals - once a position has finished, contacting the client and candidate to gain feedback, with some client visits - providing active guidance and leadership to the team, ensuring best practices are adhered to To be considered for this position, you must have proven recruitment experience gained within medical recruitment, healthcare recruitment or similar. You will also need to demonstrate a dynamic approach and strong communication skills. Additionally, as a Senior Recruitment Consultant you'll need to be enthusiastic, tenacious and driven, with the ability to hit and exceed your targets. It would be beneficial if you hold a qualification relating to business, management or recruitment.
