Marketing Manager - B2B Marketing London EC2 £30,000 - £50,000 DOE Our client is a market leading provider of technology and services for flexible benefits and total reward statements. Founded in 2000, they've grown rapidly with over 150 leading organisations within their client base, and over 320,000 employees accessing their services. An opportunity has now arisen for a Marketing Manager to join their team. This is the ideal role for someone with B2B marketing experience, looking to further develop their career with a leading technology and services company. As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for supporting the business to achieve new business objectives, and for building a sustainable brand. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be part of the Sales and Marketing team with a Marketing and Sales Assistant reporting to you. Your role will encompass developing and executing the marketing plan, and managing relations with the PR and creative agencies. You will also be tasked with: - providing strategic direction and leadership for the brand - organising and running a number of difference events throughout the year - supporting CRM activities for existing clients - reporting on marketing spend throughout the financial year, and measuring effectiveness - launching and refreshing marketing materials - managing the company website To be considered for this position, you must have business to business (B2B) marketing experience, and a professional marketing qualification. Equally as important is a creative approach and ability to work as part of a team. Additionally, as the Marketing Manager you should have excellent planning, research and analytical skills, and a readiness to ‘roll up your sleeves' and get on with things. A good marketing or business related degree (or equivalent) would be beneficial to your application.
