As well as providing online marketing, they also carry out a number of telephone campaigns by contacting existing customers in order to further their clients' promotional products. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative / Sales Advisor to join their team.

Customer Service Representative / Sales Advisor (Online Marketing - Financial Services) London NW6 c£20,000 Our client is an online financial services marketing organisation. As well as providing online marketing, they also carry out a number of telephone campaigns by contacting existing customers in order to further their clients' promotional products. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative / Sales Advisor to join their team. This exciting opportunity would suit an enthusiastic graduate (or equivalent) or a candidate looking to further develop their customer service experience. As a Customer Service Representative / Sales Advisor you will be responsible for promoting the services of the company's financial services clients. Your focus will be on calling customers who have secured a loan in the past, with the aim of directing them to the end client's website. Full coaching and training will be provided. This role would suit a graduate (or equivalent) or an experienced customer service professional. At a minimum however, you must be able to demonstrate telephone-based customer service experience or a track record in an outbound calling role. Additionally, as a Customer Service Representative / Sales Advisor you should have good PC skills, excellent attention to detail and a strong command of English. The ideal candidate will also thrive in a target driven environment.
