International Sales & Marketing Manager Stevenage, Hertfordshire £30,000 - £35,000 Plus Commission As a leading manufacturer of high quality heating equipment for swimming pools, our client's name is renowned throughout the world for quality and reliability. Their products are the choice of pool professionals. An opportunity has now arisen for an International Sales & Marketing Manager to join their team. This key position would suit a dynamic, ambitious and driven international sales professional looking to further develop their career and earning potential with an industry leader. As the International Sales & Marketing Manager you will be responsible for managing the sales team, creating sales strategies for products worldwide, and creating and managing the marketing strategy. You will also manage key distributors, whilst developing brand awareness. Your duties will include: - managing, motivating and mentoring the sales team, including remote workers based in Europe - creating, managing and implementing a new pricing policy and sales strategy - managing the creation of marketing material, and organising exhibitions - regularly visiting customers in the Middle East, maintaining and improving relationships This position, whilst based in the company's Stevenage office, will require extensive travel abroad. Your role will focus on selling the company's market leading heating equipment, targeting retailers and wholesalers, through a combination of new business and account management. To be considered for this position, you must have a proven sales track record and sales management experience, including success in motivating teams. Additionally, as the International Sales & Marketing Manager you should be an excellent communicator and strong leader, with a results-driven approach. Whilst not essential, any of the following would be beneficial to your application: marketing experience, a track record of selling to the Middle East, experience of selling to the wholesale/retail sector, experience in an international role, technical sales knowledge/experience.
