As a leading, family owned business, our client supplies quality power tools and fixings to the joinery and shopfitting industries. An opportunity has now arisen for a Sales Representative / Field Sales Engineer to join their team.

As a Sales Representative / Field Sales Engineer you'll be tasked with developing sales of the company's products in Nottinghamshire. You should be a motivated sales professional who will relish the challenge this brings.

In this role, you will be tasked with selling to the construction industry. This will involve visiting clients in order to build relationships and demonstrate the products. Your goal will be to develop a sustainable and leading position for our client.

For the right candidate, this role has the potential to progress into an area manager position which will include team management duties and overall team responsibilities.

To be considered for the role of Sales Representative / Field Sales Engineer, you will need:

- Experience in the construction industry
- A strong background in sales

You will need to be confident, enthusiastic, committed and self-motivated. You will also be smart and presentable and happy to work as part of a team. Excellent IT skills and communication skills are also necessary.

The ideal candidate will have an existing customer base and contacts in the Nottinghamshire area, although this is not essential.
