An opportunity has now arisen for a Software Developer/Team Leader to join their team. This role would suit a talented programmer with C# and Delphi skills, looking to move into a team leadership role. As a Software Developer/Team Leader you'll be responsible for supporting the development of our client's employment management software. In addition to developing products using C# and Delphi, you will assume a team leadership role when required. Your duties will include: - communicating with the stakeholder to determine requirements - creating the functional specification from stakeholder's requirements - coding of the necessary software units from the requirements / specification - daily scheduling of tasks and resources to meet the project deadlines To be considered for this position, you must have: - commercial C# and Delphi programming experience - a degree (or equivalent) Whilst not essential, experience of using the Microsoft.NET framework and Microsoft Silverlight would be beneficial, as would a background in the time and attendance, HR or payroll industries.
