Our
client's financial strength and stability continues to grow whilst retaining
individual identity and position as a leading manufacturer of performance
door-sets. An opportunity has now arisen for a Production Supervisor to join
their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with
supervisory experience gained within a manufacturing environment, to join a
successful business.
As the Production Supervisor you will be required to
manage teams on a day to day basis while being the driving force for their
success.
With the ability to manage fairly and in accordance to best
practices, you will lead your team towards the successful completion of their
targets. Communicating effectively with the team leader and manager, you will
implement improvements whenever necessary, in a fast paced and target driven
manufacturing environment.
To be considered for the role of Production
Supervisor you will need supervisory experience gained within a manufacturing
environment and good standard of education.
You will also need to
demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Health and Safety and have the
ability to handle difficult and challenging situations.
Most
importantly, you will have an appreciation for producing a quality product,
whilst achieving your targets, and the ability to promote this within your team.
With a demonstrable ability to lead others, you will be an enthusiastic,
target-driven individual. Additionally, you will also have a flexible work
ethic, a positive attitude and excellent leadership skills.
Candidates
must live within a commutable distance of our client's manufacturing facility at
Langley Mill, or be willing to relocate.
