locations, our client is one of the UK's leading employers. From their
nationwide network of laundries, the company provides the highest quality in
workwear rental and linen hire, washroom products and healthcare services. They
are now looking to recruit a Customer Account Manager / Client Account Manager
to join their team.
As a Customer Account Manager / Client Account
Manager you will be expected to meet all necessary sales targets, and strive to
meet business retention and debt collection targets, whilst providing an
excellent customer service to ensure site profit is achieved.
Covering
West Yorkshire, your role will involve managing
existing clients throughout the area, and visiting their sites in order to
identify further business opportunities and assist with outstanding payments.
It's envisaged you will spend one day a week working in the Leeds office and the rest, out in the field, building
effective relationships with your clients.
To be considered for this
position, you must have business to business (B2B) customer service experience.
You must also be organised and well motivated, and have strong communication
skills.
Whilst not essential, the ideal Customer Account Manager /
Client Account Manager will have a track record of achieving targets preferably
within the within the workwear, washroom and rental industry.
A full
