Project Office Manager - IT Infrastructure Services (Prince 2, PMP, ITIL)
London W5
c£40,000 Plus Pension, Health Insurance, 22 Days' Holiday, Life Insurance
Our client is a world-class developer and provider of leading-edge IT solutions. An opportunity has arisen for a Project Office Manager to join their Professional Services team.
This is an ideal role for someone with project management experience gained within the IT sector, with either a Prince 2, PMP or ITIL qualification.
As the Project Office Manager, you will be tasked with managing multiple projects, across EMEA, from our client's offices. You will be responsible for all aspects of the project delivery life cycle, including planning, resource management and adherence to specifications, budget and schedule.
Leading cross-functional teams in the successful execution of high value projects, you will handle many diverse activities relating to the projects such as scheduling visits and liaising with partners. You will be able to re-prioritise or re-negotiate changing commitments when necessary.
Your duties will include:
- Preparing and reviewing Statement of Work (SOW)
- Creating a project statement (writing project plans, resource allocation, schedule, etc)
- Reporting on the project status
- Co-ordinating the project teams and resources
To be considered for the role of Project Office Manager, you need to have a solid background in project management including a proven track record of co-ordinating multiple projects.
Additionally, you must have experience within the IT sector and be qualified in Prince 2, PMP or ITIL. You will also have excellent communication skills, be highly motivated and able to multitask effectively.
Although not essential, any experience with IT infrastructure would be beneficial.
