A truly unique opportunity has now arisen for an experienced International HR Manager to join their team. In this key appointment, you will be responsible for delivering best in class operational and transactional HRBO (Human Resources Business Operations) services within the EMEA region, ensuring they service the needs of customers across all business functions. As the International HR Manager you will be required to hire, train and manage the regional HRBO team, whilst working in partnership with your peers to develop consistent global practices. Your role will also involve working with HR business partners, centres of excellence and other internal customers. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Direct staff management responsibilities - leading, recruiting, managing, coaching, training - Developing and implementing consistent global processes and practices - Instilling continuous improvement to service delivery within the team, using SLAs - Managing resources in order to provide 1st and 2nd tier support to business partners and centres of excellence To be considered for this position you must have extensive management or senior level HR experience, and a background in people management and implementing processes across a global organisation. A professional certification, such as CIPD or SHRM, is also essential. As the International HR Manager you should also be an excellent communicator with good commercial acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and an innovative approach.
