Job description
PA / Personal
Assistant
Bristol
£18,000 - £20,000 DOE
As an
award winning provider of care and accommodation for the elderly, our client
specialises in the provision of high quality, purpose built developments. An
opportunity has now arisen for a PA / Personal Assistant to join their team.
This role would suit an experienced PA or high level administrator with
exceptional admin skills, looking for a new challenge offering diverse tasks and
more responsibility.
As the PA / Personal Assistant you will be
responsible for working closely with the four directors to provide
administrative support. Unlike most PA roles, this appointment will provide
ample scope to deal with a range of projects, requiring someone with a hands-on
approach and ability to work on their own initiative.
As the Directors'
first point of contact for internal and external contacts, your duties will
include:
- screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests and handling
them when appropriate
- welcoming and looking after visitors
- organising
and maintaining diaries and making appointments
- dealing with
correspondence, writing letters and taking dictation/minutes
- producing
documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- dealing with
organising and attending meetings, and ensuring the Directors are well-prepared
for meetings
In addition to supporting the directors, you will also have
your own workload and responsibilities which may include: carrying out specific
projects and research, responsibility for accounts and budgets, and being
involved in the decision-making process.
To be considered for this
position, you will be an experienced Personal Assistant or a highly experienced
administrator with excellent administration skills. You will also need to
demonstrate proficiency using Excel and the ability to carry out a range of
duties.
Additionally, this role demands someone with first-rate
communication skills, a professional manner and the ability to work to
deadlines. You should also be a multi-tasker with the ability to think
creatively. Whilst not essential, a background in the property sector would be
beneficial to your application.
The successful PA / Personal Assistant
will join a dynamic close-knit company in a great working environment. Fit is
everything to this role, and as such, you will need to be social and personable.
To apply for the role of PA / Personal Assistant, please simply send
your CV and a covering letter via the button shown. If your skills and
experience meet with any of our client's requirements and/or needs, we will
provide our client with your full details so that they can consider whether you
may be suitable for the vacancy advertised. Your details, as submitted by you,
will only be used in conjunction with this vacancy. By submitting your CV and
