Administration Manager / Office Manager
Stevenage, Hertfordshire
£22,000+ DOE

As a leading manufacturer of high quality heating equipment for swimming pools, our client's name is renowned throughout the world for quality and reliability. Their products are the choice of pool professionals. An opportunity has now arisen for an Administration Manager / Office Manager to join their team.

This role would suit someone with a management track record gained within an admin environment, looking for a position that offers more responsibility and reward.

As the Administration Manager / Office Manager you will be involved in administration, HR and payroll duties, as well as managing two members of staff.

Your duties will include:

- checking all admin work performed by the Money In & Expenditure departments
- HR - ensuring legal compliance, staff notifications, monitoring absences/holidays
- payroll - weekly and monthly processing, entering onto Sage, performing month end processes
- VAT returns and VAT Sage journals
- monthly bank reconciliations
- providing financial information to the Directors

To be considered for this position, you must have management experience gained within an administration environment. This must include a track record of overseeing HR and payroll processes.

Additionally, as an Administration Manager / Office Manager you should have an excellent level of numeracy and proficiency using Sage.
