As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of 3-5 sales executives, as well as making direct sales and managing new and warm leads in a dynamic and exciting environment. The right candidate will quickly become a senior member in this rapidly growing business and be supported with everything they need. Your duties will include: - Motivating and inspiring your team - Managing targets and goals - Creating incentives - Liaising with the management team To be considered for this role, you will need previous sales management experience and ideally have an understanding of the internet. The successful Sales Manager will need drive, an ability to make things happen and the confidence to build strong relationships with people. While not essential any experience of working for a web design company would be an advantage.
