A unique opportunity has now arisen for a French or German speaking Marketing Manager to join their team. This role would suit a dynamic, sophisticated and highly self motivated marketing professional with German and/or French language skills, seeking their next challenge. As a Marketing Manager you will be tasked with marketing activities focusing on the international markets outside of the UK, incorporating Europe, Asia and Australasia. This job is not an easy one. It involves building relationships with top ‘influencers' in the industry, managing market research, co-ordinating press relations in these regions, and supporting lead-generation activities. You'll also be involved in producing and managing events throughout Europe and beyond, and influencing the overall direction of the company's European and global marketing strategy. Day to day, as the Marketing Manager you will be required to combine hands-on project management and execution with strategic vision. Working in London alongside the UK Marketing Manager, you should also feel comfortable co-ordinating with remote teams in the US. To be considered for this position, you must be fluent and have exceptional literacy skills in French and/or German as well as a strong command of English. Additionally, you will need: - Experience as a Marketing Manager, including European/international marketing experience - Experience in using marketing activities to generate sales leads - Experience in business to business (B2B) sales As the Marketing Manager, you should also be an exceptional communicator with a positive, self-starter attitude and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. The ability to travel, up to 20% of your time, is also required. Proficiency using Salesforce would be beneficial to your application, as would experience in working for an internet/eCommerce business.
