The company's software enables organisations to make significant business improvements in customer service and operational efficiency. An opportunity has arisen for an IT Project Manager to join their team. As an IT Project Manager you will be responsible for all activities within the project, and you will carry out implementation consultancy tasks. These will involve building the configuration, running workshops, and providing training sessions and ‘go live' support etc. You can be based anywhere in Scotland, though you will be required to attend occasional meetings in Hertfordshire. Your role will involve assisting customers to drive out business benefits from implementations; therefore good interpersonal skills are required. You will also need to become an expert in the company's scheduling application and you should be comfortable dealing with IT related issues and questions. To be considered for this role you will be an experienced and hands-on Project Manager with a background in software project implementations. Any experience of ERP type implementations would be a distinct advantage to your application. You will also need a structured approach combined with a flexible ‘can-do' attitude.
