Senior Client Account Manager - Maternity Cover Contract Otley, near Leeds Circa £30,000+ DOE (pro rata) Plus Performance-Related Annual Bonus (based on both individual and company performance), Pension, Excellent Rural Office Location A unique opportunity has arisen for a Senior Client Account Manager to join our client, a multi-award-winning publishing company, based near Leeds, on a contract basis. In this role you'll work with major plc clients, producing and developing communications solutions both in print and online. As such, you'll need to be a first class communicator with the ability to impress clients at all levels. Specifically, as a Senior Client Account Manager you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, in budget and to the highest quality. You will be the day-to-day contact for clients (some of whom are multinational) - managing budgets, studio time and third party suppliers. Building trust and developing relationships is key, and you'll also need good writing skills, and a genuine desire to develop business opportunities. Full editorial design support training will be provided, as will scope to develop your skills. To be considered for this position you must have: - experience in an account management or client-facing role - a degree at 2:1 or higher (or equivalent) in media, English or a creative discipline - a full UK driving licence and your own transport Additionally, as a Senior Client Account Manager you will need to demonstrate an eye for detail and a good telephone manner. Experience in digital or print publishing would be beneficial to your application, as would a track record in project management.
