As the Operations Director you will be a key member of the management team, contributing on both a strategic and operational level. Applying your proven experience, you will play a vital role in shaping the company's strategy and in identifying the best ways to ensure it meets its goals and objectives. This is a data heavy role requiring someone with an interest in, and the ability to direct and review forecasts. Your duties will include: - providing strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation and co-ordination - presenting key findings and business results and analysis to senior management - keeping abreast of best practice/new initiatives within the Internet and search engine arena - designing the business development commission incentive scheme - producing the company's annual revenue plan To be considered for this position, you must have: - a track record in delivering successful projects and managing teams - a 2:1 or above degree (or equivalent) in a numerical subject gained at a leading university - expert-level data constructing, analysing and interpreting skills In addition your strong intellect, high levels of motivation and strong presence, as the Operations Director you should be a results driven team player who enjoys working in a ‘roll up your sleeves' environment. Experience of working for a search engine or online company would prove a distinct advantage to your application, as would any management consultancy experience.
