Sales Support Co-ordinator - Graduate Opportunity
Surrey, Egham

Offering a full portfolio of IP services, our client has helped hundreds of companies to migrate to Next Generation Networking based services. Rapidly growing, they have operations in the UK, France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Switzerland. An opportunity has now arisen for a Sales Support Co-ordinator to join them.
This is the ideal position for a graduate (or equivalent) with high attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role offers great scope for career progression in roles such as sales or service delivery.
As a Sales Support Co-ordinator you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by completing and processing orders, ready to pass onto other departments for service delivery. You will get exposure to commercial contract negotiations and for the right candidate there will be opportunity to liaise with European suppliers.
Your duties will include:
- Reviewing orders and working with various departments to resolve any issues
- Issuing daily reports on orders with issues to management
- Providing ad-hoc reports for the sales and management teams
- Organising and running training on the ‘order' process for all new sales team members
- Liaising with the Finance team to ensure all orders are accurate for invoicing and credit checks
To be considered for this position, you must have a degree (or equivalent) and a desire to develop your career. You must also be an excellent communicator with great attention to detail, and strong PC skills, including experience or knowledge of MS Access.
Additionally, as the Sales Support Co-ordinator you should have the ability to talk with a range of people, strong problem solving skills, and a good educational background. A highly motivated attitude coupled with a ‘can do' approach is also vital.
French or German language skills would be beneficial to your application, as would a background within the telecommunications industry.
