JobsUploaded maintains a strict confidentiality policy on all personal data submitted by you and JobsUploaded will not release such information to anyone without your prior consent.
Personal, contact and any other details submitted by you will be used for the sole purpose of assisting you to find appropriate employment with a Client (Employer or Recruiter) of JobsUploaded or to provide you with the information you have requested.
When you complete your JobsUploaded profile, including your CV and WebCV, it can be made available for searching, viewing over the Internet and downloading by any direct recruiter, employment consultant or other person or organisation who requests CVs matching your profile to be sent to them or from finding your WebCV through various external Search Engines (such as Google or Yahoo, etc). JobsUploaded.co.uk does not verify the identity or the nature of the viewer or business of such organisations.
IMPORTANT: Your current employer may be a customer of JobsUploaded.co.uk, or a client of one of our customers. JobsUploaded.co.uk cannot restrict the customers who access profiles on our database and cannot be held responsible for any eventuality. As part of the registration process and creation of your CV, JobsUploaded offers you the option of remaining anonymous.
You are entitled to access to your own personal data (subject to prior confirmation of identity) kept with JobsUploaded.co.uk and may edit or amend such personal data at any time.
Subject to legal requirements, your personal details will be retained by JobsUploaded.co.uk after deactivation of the Service until you formally requests JobsUploaded.co.uk to erase your personal details from JobsUploaded.co.uk's database.
You can remove any of the information that JobsUploaded stores about you, at any time, by logging in to your account and choosing to remove any information that you have saved.
