The information and services on this site is intended for individuals seeking employment or career information and for employers or recruiters seeking to recruit candidates for employment. You may use, download, distribute or print information from this site for the described purposes only and for no other personal or commercial purpose. You may not otherwise copy, print, display, transmit or distribute any of the material from this site.
All copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights in the site and the material available on the site belongs to JobsUploaded or its third party suppliers. Use of the site does not give you any proprietary rights in such materials.
Variation
We may make changes to the JobsUploaded.co.uk site, including these terms and conditions, at any time with out notice. You will be legally bound by the amended or updated terms from the first time you use the JobsUploaded site and after changes are put online. Please check our terms regularly.

The information and services provided on this site by us and third parties are intended to help assist in the job seeking or recruitement process. Neither we nor the third parties can guarantee their suitability or success in any case.
We try to ensure continuous availability of the site and all the services available on it but accept no responsibility for the consequences of interruptions, delays, unavalibility of the site or any failure to provide the services, however caused. We may, additionally, alter the design and specification of the site at any time.
JobsUploaded shall be entitled at anytime without notifying you to make changes to the services which are necessary to comply with any applicable security or other statutory requirements and shall determine the manner in which the services are provided.
You accept that JobsUploaded shall not be liable for any failure to provide the services (or any part thereof) as a result of your failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
You also accepts that JobsUploaded shall not be liable for any loss or damages suffered as the result of the use of this site.
Job advertisements within the site are provided by prospective employers or recruiters and are not reviewed by us. We accept no resposibility or liability for the contents of any advertisements within the site and expect prospective employers and recruiters to carry out such verification procedures as necessary.
If the you has saved your details and stored your cv(s) on JobsUploaded, the provision of the following cv clauses apply:
The services are subject to any instructions from you, that your details should or should not be made available to any clients and JobsUploaded will only make available or supply copies of the CVs which have been received by it for distribution to clients of JobsUploaded solely for the purpose of securing suitable employment for you.
By saving a CV (and personal details) on JobsUploaded, you understand and agree that this information will be made avaliable to clients at all times.
The Online CV pool service will (under normal circumstances) be available to clients at all times and will allow clients access to all distributable CVs and their details on the site.
By using JobsUploaded's online WebCV service, you understand and agree that the information in your WebCV will be searchable and viewable by prospective employers or anyone else on the Internet.
JobsUploaded's online WebCV service is a free tool which is intended for you to publicize yourself and your experiences, skills and qualifications for potential employers to view and find.
If the you do not want your contact details (on your WebCV) to be made public, it is your responsibility to make your WebCV secure by using the WebCV's lock feature - which will only display your contact details to those who have access to your WebCV's username and password.
JobsUploaded cannot guarantee the minimum number of times a CV will be viewed by or distributed to clients on any given day.
JobsUploaded may, at its discretion and without notice, report improper or illegal use of CVs or the services by the you to its clients.
JobsUploaded has the right at its sole discretion to decline to distribute or forward, or to suspend or remove any of your information or CV accepted by it.
JobsUploaded may refuse, withdraw, or require to be amended, any of your information or CV which is illegal, immoral, obscene or offensive or so as to comply with the legal or moral obligations placed upon JobsUploaded or you or to avoid infringing a third party's rights or any statutory or regulatory requirements or is designed to or is likely to cause disruption to any computer system or network.
You, the candidate, hereby undertake that:
the details and CV you store and save on JobsUploaded are a true and accurate reflection of your education, employment, training history, qualifications, skills and personal details are correct;
if any of the information stored and saved on JobsUploaded for the purposes of securing employment is found to be false or inaccurate in any way, JobsUploaded reserves the right to remove those details and/or suspend your use of the services on the site;
in respect of any information or CV submitted by you which contains the name or pictorial representation (photographic or otherwise) of any living person and/or any part of any living person and/or any copy by which any living person is or can be identified or any such copyright material, you have obtained the authority from such living person or owner of the copyright material to make use of such name, representation and/or copy;
If you make an application for a job position or you are required to complete an application form as part of an application, the provision of the following Job Application clauses shall apply:
JobsUploaded has the right at its sole discretion to decline to distribute or forward, or to suspend or remove any application accepted by it.
JobsUploaded may refuse, withdraw, or require to be amended, any application which is illegal, immoral, obscene or offensive or so as to comply with the legal or moral obligations placed upon JobsUploaded or you or to avoid infringing a third party's rights or any statutory or regulatory requirements or is designed to or is likely to cause disruption to any computer system or network.
When you make an application through the site, JobsUploaded will pass your details to the client who placed the advertisement for the purpose of that one application only.
You accept that JobsUploaded cannot be held responsible for the content in advertisements on the site and that no obligations are imposed on JobsUploaded in this regard.
On making an application, you hereby undertake that:
you have fully read and understood the requirements of a job advertisement on the site to which you make an application;
you have the appropriate skills and qualifications required by the prospective employer and/or the recruiter and the necessary qualifications required by law;
you satisfy or will attend to the necessary immigration requirements of the country in which the position will be situated;
the details they provide to the prospective employer and/or the recruiter as part of an application or in an application form are a true and accurate reflection of their education, employment, training history and that your personal details are correct up to the current date;
if any of the information used in an application or application form is found to be false or inaccurate in any way, that JobsUploaded reserves the right to remove those details and/or suspend your use of the services on the site;
If you have signed up to receive Jobs Alerts by email, the provision of the following Job Alert clauses apply:
Job Alerts are sent at least once a day to you with search criteria matching posted or renewed job vacancies. Each Job Alert email will contain a limited listing of 20 live vacancy advertisments posted or renewed since the last Job Alert sent to you with a matching search criteria.
You accept that JobsUploaded cannot guarantee the number of vacancy advertisements distributed in the Job Alert emails and that no obligations are imposed on JobsUploaded in this regard.
You agree that:
you have read, understood and agrees to the Privacy Statement on the Site;
you will keep confidential and not disclose to any person the username and password used by you in relation to the services on this site;
you will be responsible in giving out your WebCV's username and password to potential employers, recruiters or whomever you see fit to view the full details of your WebCV.
you will be responsible for any misuse of all such passwords.
The Client agrees to provide JobsUploaded, in such a format as JobsUploaded may request, any information, design work, artwork and logos necessary to enable JobsUploaded to provide those Services.
We will not be obliged to provide those Services until the Client has supplied us with the information, design work, artwork and logos necessary to provide those Services.
Job or banner advertisements will become live on the Site only when the Client has approved the design work, set-up, artwork and logos.
The Client may remove a job advertisement from the Site before the job advertisement has reached its expiry date, but shall not be entitled to a refund for the time not used. The Client may extend the term of a job advertisement provided they have purchased a sufficient credits for the relevant Service.
If any credits for Services which are to be used within any period of time specified in the Service Agreement are not used within that period of time, then in each case the Client shall still be responsible for the full payment of the invoiced amount as if the Services had been properly and fully provided (and for the avoidance of doubt we shall not be liable for providing any unused Services and such Services may not be carried over to any subsequent period.)
We reserves the absolute right, without giving any reasons, to decline, cancel or remove any advertisement or provision of Services for any reason and at any time without prior notice.
An advertisement or Service which indicates, or can reasonably be understood as indicating, an intention to discriminate on grounds of sex, race or age will not be accepted unless it is exempted from the requirements of the Sex Discrimination Act or the Race Relations Act or the Age Discrimination Act.
We will use our reasonable endeavours to publish the Advertisement or provide the Services on the agreed date. We do not accept liability for any consequences, howsoever arising, due to error or delay in provision of the Services and has the right at its sole discretion to decline to publish or omit, suspend or change the position of any Advertisement accepted by it.
Links to a Client's or End Client's website will not be permitted to appear in any Advertisement placed, without our prior consent.
We may at our discretion and without prior notice, report any Advertisement or Service used which in our reasonable opinion is being used for an improper or illegal purpose by a Client to the relevant authorities including, without limitation, the Department of Employment, the Office of the Information Commissioner and the Recruitment and Employment Confederation. We may also disclose information about any Client to any third party, as we shall deem necessary to protect its interests or the interests of Clients, Recruiters, Candidates, Applicants and/or other users of the Site.
We reserve the right to change our Products or Services on the Site, which we which are necessary to comply with any applicable security, business development or other statuatory requirement, without notifying the Client.
We reserve the right to change any Product or Service Fee or institute new charges or fees, as it deems appropriate, without the need to notify the Client.
We will only make available or supply copies of CVs that have been received by us for distribution to our Clients solely for the purpose of securing suitable employment for the Candidates.
In the event that any Client should fail to pay the Service Fee or any other fees or changes due to us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Client's web page or advertisement, without prejudice to all other rights and remedies.
The JobsUploaded Site may only be used for lawful purposes by individuals seeking employment and career information and employers or recruiters seeking employees. Jobseekers and Clients, or any party under their control, agree not to use any of the Site for any of the following purposes which are expressly prohibited:
Jobseekers shall not post any false, incomplete or inaccurate biographical information which is not their own accurate CV.
Jobseekers shall not respond to any employment opportunity for any reason other than to apply for the Job Advertised and Employers shall not respond to any Jobseeker other than in connection with their application for a job. Communications soliciting business for any reason is prohibited.
Clients posting a Job Advertisement shall not post any franchise, pyramid scheme, "club membership", distributorship or sales representative agency arrangement or other business opportunity which requires an up front or periodic payment, pays commissions only (no significant salary), requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents, is strictly prohibited.
Clients using the CV database pool shall only use it for the purpose of seeking employees for specific live jobs and shall not use the information in the CV database pool to sell or promote any products or services or to source people to join a franchise, pyramid scheme, "club membership", distributorship or sales representative agency arrangement or other business opportunity requires an up front or periodic payment, pays commissions only (no significant salary), requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents.
All users shall not print, download, duplicate or otherwise copy or use any personally identifiable information about other users. All unsolicited communications, either by mail or e-mail, make unsolicited phone calls or send unsolicited faxes regarding promotions and/or advertising of products or services or or any other type, to users is strictly prohibited.
All users shall not delete or revise any material posted by any other person or entity.
All users shall not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any activity being conducted on this Site.
All users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the JobsUploaded Site (or any other sites accessed through the Site) including, without limitation, accessing data not intended for them or logging into a server or account which they are not authorised to access, attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or attempting to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization, attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network or sending unsolicited e-mail, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services, Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability.
All users shall not use the JobsUploaded Site in order to transmit, distribute or store material in violation of any applicable law or regulation, or in any manner that will infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secrets or other intellectual property rights of others or violate the privacy or publicity or other personal rights of others, or that is libelous, obscene, threatening, abusive or hateful.
All users shall not aggregate, copy or duplicate in any manner any of the Site's content, code, software technology or information available from JobsUploaded Site.
All users shall not attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the JobsUploaded Site.
Clients shall not post jobs which require the applicant to provide information relation to his/her (a) racial or ethnic origin (b) political beliefs (c) philosophical or religious beliefs (d) membership of a trade union (e) physical or mental health (f) sexual life or (g) the commission of criminal offences or proceedings.
The graphics, images, editorial content, software and HTML on all of JobsUploaded's WebSites are the intellectual property of the JobsUploaded and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and may not be downloaded or otherwise duplicated without the express written permission by Us. Re-use of any of the foregoing is strictly prohibited and the We reserves all rights.
We may not monitor the site at all times but reserves the right to do so. We takes no responsibility whatsoever for any material input by any user or others and not posted by the Us. All users acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any resume, advertisement, web page or material contained therein placed by them. We are not responsible for the content of any other web sites linked to the our Web Sites; links are provided as internet navigation tools only. We do not warrant that any CV, Advertisement or web page will be viewed by any specific number of users or that it will be viewed by any specific user. We are not in anyway to be considered to be an agent with respect to any users use of the our Web Site and the We will not be responsible in any way for any decision, for whatever reason made, made by any party seeking or posting jobs on our Web Site.
As a user, you are responsible for your own communications and are responsible for the consequences of your posting. You must not, and by using any JobsUploaded Site you agree not to, do the following things:
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR WEB SITE WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE OR THAT OUR WEB SITE AND OUR SERVER ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL MECHANISMS. IF USE OF THE WEB SITE OR THEIR CONTENTS RESULT IN THE NEED FOR SERVICING OR REPLACING EQUIPMENT OR DATA, BY ANY USER, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE COSTS. OUR WEB SITE AND ITS CONTENTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy or reliability of any of the communications posted by other users or endorse any opinions expressed by users. Any reliance by users on material posted by other users will be at their own risk. We reserve the right to expel any user and prevent their further access to the our Web Site, at any time for breaching this Agreement or violating the law and also reserves the right to remove any material which is abusive, illegal or disruptive.
JobsUploaded reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including but not limited to deletion of your postings from this Web Site and/or immediate termination of your registration with or ability to access the Web Site and other and/or any other service provided to you by Jobsuploaded, upon any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or if JobsUploaded is unable to verify or authenticate any information you submit to the Web Site registration.
All users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JobsUploaded, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, actions, demands, losses, damages or demands including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging from or resulting from their use of JobsUploaded's Web Sites or their breach of the terms of this Agreement. JobsUploaded shall provide prompt notice of any such claim, suit or proceeding to the relevant user.
WE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, DEVELOPERS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY EVENT FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES SUFFERED BY ANY USER WHATSOEVER ARISING OR RESULTING FROM THEIR USE OR INABILITY TO USE JOBSUPLOADED'S WEB SITES AND ITS CONTENTS.
Without prejudice to the above, the aggregate liability by us to any user for all claims arising from their use of our services and the our Web Sites shall be limited to the amount of the existing package fee subscribed to and paid for by the user (if any) and operative at that time.
